_Up to £30KHybrid- Office for 3 days, home for 2 daysMonday-Friday_The RoleThe role of the Customer Relations Advisor involves investigating and resolving complaints.Responsibilities Investigating the timeline of a complaint Liaising with internal and external sources Identifying the department responsible Requesting feedback from the department if applicable Categorising the route cause of the complaint Maintaining a database for recording the route cause Assist in identifying trend and improvement opportunities resulting from complaints Responding to e-mails Handling complaints from start to finish Ad-hoc tasks which may arise to support the departmentPersonal Specification An eye for detail An unbiased fair approach to investigating complaints Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work within SLA’s A flexible approach to work A desire to consistently strive to improve the service Integral provides.
