Description
Do you have customer service experience? Due to continued growth, our client is looking for two additional team members preferably with call centre experience to join their busy team. This role is a permanent full-time role which offers an annual bonus scheme, hybrid working and free onsite parking.
You will be processing orders and providing excellent customer service throughout Europe and South Africa via email, live chat or phone. Any additional language is a bonus, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
