We want to look after the wellbeing of the barristers and help them grow their practices. We want them to feel at home and that they have a long-term career with us. We want barristers who are not members yet to be encouraged to apply to us because they can see how we promote career growth and welfare and, as such, your role will be to help foster the environment which barrister members will want to enthuse about.You would be expected principally to work remotely but also to be available to be on site(principally Taunton or London) as required to co-ordinate efforts with the wider team.You will be reporting into the Head of Account Management.Job duties and responsibilities Onboarding of barristers. Working with barristers to grow and improve their practices and welfare. Supporting barristers with their business planning with the creation of measurable objectives and KPIs. Organising social events for barristers to get to know each other. Organising online opportunities for barristers to meet and discuss professional issues and concerns. Organising networking / marketing opportunities. Coordinating training events (professional, social media, tech, practice growth). Helping barristers to understand our key values. Assisting with barrister website profiles. Assisting with support materials for barristers. Developing brand ambassador roles. Acting as a focal point for barrister queries and signposting as appropriate.
