Job Title: Customer Service assistantThis position is for 2 days per weeks from 9am to 5pm.Responsibilities:Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction while balancing the objectives of ShrieveBuilding effective relationships with existing and potential customers and suppliers/service providers-Order processing, scheduling customer deliveries to various countries-Document creation via Excel and CRM,setting up incoming/outgoing transportation-Communication with warehouse and customers and transport companies.-This position will be mainly admin support and require a strong attention to details and the ability to work in a fast moving environment.To work effectively as a team member, showing willingness to multi-task, cover for colleagues and an overall focus on the success of the business and the team.Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications along with Excel, Pack office.- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plusThis is a role in administrative support.Education:OpenLanguage:Excellent written and spoken English, French is a plus.Systems knowledge and PC skillsAbility to utilize the complete portfolio of applications, PC and telephony tools to deliver customer service.
