A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER AT STK ROOFTOP

What you’ll be doing… Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. Make guests feel comfortable and enhance guest experience Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter Have detailed knowledge of menu and be able to articulate enthusiastically.

Stay abreast of menu. Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements… To succeed in the role of Server, you will need the following qualities and skills. 2 years experience required Be 21 years of age Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests Must have knowledge of dining room, wine, cocktail and bottle service procedures and functions Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items, frequently weighing 20 to 25 pounds
