we are looking for a detail-oriented and computer literate professional to join our submissions team, as an eco submissions administrator, you will be responsible for analysing, preparing, and submitting eco paperwork in compliance with guidelines, additionally you will liaise with customers, lead-generators, and installers to gather essential information for funding applications.core responsibilities analyse and prepare eco submission paperwork adhering to guidlines. collect key information from customers, lead generators, and installers to support funding applications. coordinate appointments for surveys and installations, working closely with third-party contractors. generate insurance guarantees/warranties for installed products on external portals. submit and upload documentation to utility portals.key requirements & experience minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar eco industry role. excellent written and verbal communication skills. professional and positive attitude towards work. effective time management skills. strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £24,000.00-£29,148.38 per yearBenefits: Flexitime Work from homeSchedule: Flexitime Monday to FridayEducation: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)Language: English (preferred)Work Location: RemoteReference ID: eco submissions administrator
