The role purpose is to support the delivery of the marketing calendar, ensuring all collateral is delivered on time and budget.

This includes campaign creative, printed materials, branded merchandise, OOH and event collateral and digital elements as required. The role will also provide support to the digital, campaign and events team as may be required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Production
  • Manager to produce collateral necessary to support the marketing calendar for all GBS campuses, including international Manage sign off process for all campaign and collateral items, ensuring compliance with agreed sign off processes.
  • Ensure collateral items are printed and distributed on time and to briefed location
  • Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders (internal and external) producing briefing materials and updates as required.
  • Maintaining database of collateral and campaign archive ensuring It is well maintained and easily accessible
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to collateral – ensuring all items are correctly briefed and ready for scheduling.
  • Provide support to other areas of the marketing team, such as digital, events and campaigns, as necessary.
  • Generating ideas for improving production processes.
  • Occasional work may be required at evenings or weekends, for example to deliver events.
  • To undertake staff development appropriate to the post as may be identified and required from time to time, and in accordance with GBS’s Staff Development Programme
  • To observe and implement health and safety responsibilities as specified within GBS’s Health and Safety Policy.
  • To demonstrate professionalism in the role as a representative of GBS, incorporating GBS core values in the delivery of duties.
  • To observe equality and diversity practices and procedures and promote equality of opportunity at all times.
  • To observe and adhere to all GBS policies relevant to the role.
  • To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be requested.

Requirements We are looking for:

  • A motivated individual with experience in briefing and working with design teams to produce on and offline collateral.
  • Highly organised and capable of working in multiple projects at the same time.
  • A knowledge of print and production techniques
  • A knowledge of digital marketing
  • A degree in a communication related subject would be useful.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills to prioritise and manage workload to tight deadlines, with minimum supervision.
  • Immaculate attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the Higher Education (HE) sector and student recruitment is desirable but not essential.
