Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities To provide general administration support to the Travel Department. To Assist the Travel Coordinators with booking flights, accommodation and transport for internal staff travel. To assist with the visa application process, including travel to UK embassies with applications. To administer the 2nd passport application process. Maintain staff and contractor details on the Travel System, including current passport details. Maintain clear communications with managers, staff and third parties. To complete all mandatory training within specified timelines. To operate safely at all times in line with Company health and safety requirements. To undertake other duties within your capabilities as your Group Manager or Team Leader may assign to you from time to time. Other To complete all mandatory training within specified timelines.
