We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat in Farnham, Surrey. Great hourly rate of £11.00! This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 across various days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. About The Role Main responsibilities: The successful Maintenance Assistant will Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation. Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site. Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration. Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks. Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days. Requirements: Previous maintenance experience is preferred. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles. What’s in it for you: Competitive rate of pay.
