As a retail assistant you’ll support the day to day running of the store and become a brand ambassador for Walden Chymist. You will be partnered with the store manager and become part of a high performing team.You will act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, setup store promotional plans, be part of regular cleaning schedule and deliver to our more vulnerable patients.To become a health and beauty specialist you’ll embark on training programs giving you level 2 or 3 healthcare qualifications.THE PERSONTo be successful, we’d like you to show us that you have:Previous retail experienceExcellent communication and people skillsThe ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast paced healthcare-retail environment.Show passion and enthusiasm for our productsThe ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results.Not sure you have all the skills?
