Job description/ Job PurposeFostering Team Support Worker, helping carers and children with activities and support.Candidate Requirements Experience in working with children and young people. Good IT skills.Main Duties and Responsibilities To support foster carers with compliance including completion of training and child recordings. To provide support and advice to foster carers. To maintain the agency’s high standards, to promote positive outcomes for children and young people and ensure that foster care practice continues to strive to achieve. To work closely with the foster carers to establish, develop and maintain productive working relationships.
