Job description/ Job Purpose Fostering Team Support Worker, helping carers and children with activities and support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in working with children and young people.
• Good IT skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To support foster carers with compliance including completion of training and child recordings.
• To provide support and advice to foster carers.
• To maintain the agency’s high standards, to promote positive outcomes for children and young people and ensure that foster care practice continues to strive to achieve.
• To work closely with the foster carers to establish, develop and maintain productive working relationships.
• To represent and promote the Agency.
• The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which may include evenings and weekends.
• The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
