Submissions without will not be considered**We are a small video production company based in London that specialises in creating short form digital video for the Tourism, Luxury Real Estate and Corporate industries.We are always looking to partner with clients that want to ‘Be More Creative’ and do things differently to their industry peers.Who Are We Looking For?A skilled video editor, with an excellent creative eye. We always encourage our clients to think creatively and be different from their industry peers so need an editor that matches that ethos. You have experience working in a creative, fast paced environment and can meet tight deadlines with ease.You are fully versed in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects software and have experience editing interviews, events, animation videos and purely visual pieces. You understand what editing styles work best in the digital landscape and are able to edit videos that grab your attention and don’t let go until the very end.What Will the Role Involve?You will be responsible for the majority of the post production process; from ingesting footage, to video editing, to creating bespoke animations to colour grading.What Can We Offer You? £25K – £35K p.a. depending on experience and skill 25 days’ holiday per year when you join Giving back day – an additional day’s leave each year to support a cause close to your heartSoftware Knowledge: High level in Pr and Ae Intermediate level in Davinci for colour grading, Photoshop and InDesign (Nice to have)Experience Required: 3 years experience as a video editor (minimum) Previous experience in an agency setting (nice to have) Experience editing testimonials, events and purely visual pieces Ability to create engaging transitions/visual sequences that wow the viewer and maintain audience retention Colour grading Log footage Animation experienceSkills Required Evidence of strong visual skills and creative thinking Able to work on multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Davinci Resolve (nice to have) Excellent communication skills Able to accurately project duration of tasks and keep to time Experience of optimising videos for various objectives, platforms and audiences Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients Qualifications are not essential but proven skills must be evidencedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits: Paid volunteer time Sick paySchedule: Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Performance bonusExperience: Video editing: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Remote
