Description

We are looking for a team administrator to be based in Ealing, working 21 hours per week during normal office hours Monday-Friday, to assist the team in a range of administrative functions and projects relating to the department.

Written and spoken Japanese would be a strong advantage.

Duties of role and responsibilities Organising and maintaining records and files (hard and soft copies) Organising meetings and taking minutes Arranging submission of forms, surveys and production samples Researching and providing report information as directed by line manager Liaising with group companies and external stakeholders as directed by line manager.

Experience

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office/Office365 Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (essential)
  • Strong written communication skills in Japanese (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
