AGA Performance has a new opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our core team, providing efficient, accurate and timely office duties and administration, assisting the Project Management team and undertaking activities to meet the requirements of the client whilst assisting in the provision of a professional service. This role will be office based in Isleworth London, working on a Part-time basis, working over 2-3 days per week. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Company perks Safe work environment Key Tasks Perform general office duties, ensure tidiness, sufficient stock of stationery, printing materials Host AGA meetings including welcoming guests, providing refreshments and laying out lunches, cleaning up Provide administrative support for AGA Performance projects/events as required, including, external liaison with suppliers, booking of Associates, co-ordination and production of training materials, organising venues Typing, proof reading, production, printing, photocopying collation of documents, reports and letters Accurately format all documents including training materials, assessments and produce PowerPoint presentations Scanning, filing and retrieving of documents, assessment reports and training materials Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate team members, or take messages Take responsibility for travel and accommodation bookings, couriers for relevant projects in line with company procedures, liaising with consultants as necessary Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers and check corresponding supplier invoices Attend team meetings, take minutes and distribute About You: Flexible to work office based only over 2-3 days per week High level attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Salary will be dependent on experience, Pro rata between £10,051 – £16,801 based on £28,000 Full time Equivalent
