To assist service users with poor mobility and other physical disabilities. To promote independence at all times where possible. To carry out general tasks, such as housework, laundry and shopping. To accurately record and report. To follow care plan accurately to meet service user needs. To comply with Graceful care guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. To report to the line manager of any concerns, which include service users change in circumstance. To complete medication record if applicable. To complete accident/incident form in the event of an emergency. To undertake regular training.The Successful ApplicantThe suitable candidate for the role of Health care assistant role will; Ethical. We do things the right way, and live by our Charter. Qualified in a NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
